EFN Coaches guide players, teach the EFN system, uphold the federation’s philosophy, and ensure the sport is practiced safely, correctly, and consistently across all cities.

What is an EFN Coach?

An EFN Coach is an officially recognized educator within the Evolution Football-Net system.
Coaches teach the EFN rules, court zones, scoring system, and philosophy. They prepare players for competition, maintain safety standards, and represent EFN’s values in every session.
Coaches are essential to the growth, legitimacy, and global expansion of Evolution Football-Net.

Responsabilities

– Teach EFN rules and philosophy
Deliver accurate instruction based on EFN Statutes, EFN Academic Manual, and official training materials.
– Develop players
Guide players through drills, accuracy training, EFN court understanding, and pathway progression.
– Ensure safety and fairness
Maintain safe training environments and uphold EFN’s fair play principles.
– Prepare players for competition
Train players for official EFN matches, evaluations, and ranking progression.
– Represent EFN standards
Act as a leader and ambassador of the sport in your community and region.
– Follow federation governance
Respect EFN certification rules, renewal requirements, and coaching conduct standards.

Requirements

– Age eligibility
Must meet the minimum age requirement defined by EFN for coaching roles.
– Knowledge of EFN rules
Must understand the EFN court, scoring system, and gameplay structure.
– Completion of EFN Coach Certification
Must complete the EFN Coach Certification Course (Level 1) before coaching official sessions.
– Compliance with EFN Statutes
Must agree to uphold EFN governance, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
– Accurate registration
Must provide true and complete information during registration and certification
