EFN Coach Pathway
EFN Coaches are trained to develop athletes through the official EFN curriculum, ranking system, and academy structure.
Coach Levels
- Level 1 – Academy Coach
Teaches fundamentals, youth development, and basic match play. - Level 2 – Competitive Coach
Prepares athletes for regional and national tournaments. - Level 3 – Elite Coach
Works with high‑performance athletes and national teams.
