Responsabilities
– Apply EFN rules and scoring
Enforce the official EFN rulebook, including zones, scoring values, violations, and match flow.
– Manage EFN matches
Oversee gameplay, maintain order, and ensure matches run according to federation standards.
– Ensure fairness and safety
Protect players, prevent misconduct, and uphold EFN’s fair play principles.
– Maintain match accuracy
Track points, confirm scoring actions, and ensure all results are recorded correctly.
– Represent EFN authority
Act as a neutral, professional official who embodies the federation’s values.
– Follow federation governance
Respect EFN statutes, referee conduct rules, and certification requirements
Requirements
– Age eligibility
Must meet the minimum age requirement defined by EFN for officiating roles.
– Knowledge of EFN rules
Must understand the EFN court layout, scoring system, violations, and match procedures.
– Completion of EFN Referee Certification
Must complete the EFN Referee Certification Course (Level 1) before officiating official matches.
